Israeli army says 2 soldiers killed in northern Israel

The Israeli military said two soldiers were killed on Thursday near Israel’s northern border with Lebanon, where Israeli forces are engaged in near-daily clashes with Hezbollah.

Reservist Major Nael Fwarsy, 43, and Sergeant Tomer Keren, 20, were killed in separate combat incidents, according to a military statement.
