REPORT: Qatar conference encourages interfaith dialogue
An interfaith conference was held in the Qatari capital of Doha, with more than 500 local and international religious figures, experts and researches expected to attend.
 
The annual Doha Interfaith Conference, now in its 12th year, used this year's event to focus on the global role of religious leaders in confronting the misuse of religion.
 
The organizers hope to address some aspects of current conflicts in the Arab region, as well as the rest of the world, and how religion plays a part in conflict.
