Nizar Zakka to LBCI: Israel to release five Lebanese prisoners as part of border talks agreement

The head of Hostage Aid Worldwide organization Nizar Zakka told LBCI that Israel is set to release five Lebanese prisoners in its custody, including four civilians and one Hezbollah member.

In return, Lebanon has agreed to begin negotiations with Israel over the 13 disputed land border points.
